Oh my! Tumblr is not notifying me when I get a message! I haven’t logged in in quite awhile. I see that I have a handful in my inbox and here I was wondering why 2 friends haven’t written back :/ wow, sorry. I get those red little thingys only sometimes. My fishy, Betty Crocker <3 

She (well, technically he, but w/e) is my lovely veil-tail betta that I got around a week/week and a half ago. Since I got her, she’s gotten a bit more magenta-colored, and the purple shimmer on her body has gotten brighter. 83 

She’s kinda anxious and jittery, and hides behind the thermometer when I hold a mirror up to the tank instead of flaring! It’s kinda adorable, though. She definitely has a lot of character, lol, and is always swimming.
